<p>The funds seeks to provide income and capital appreciation by acquiring and managing a diversified portfolio of income-producing and undervalued properties in both stable and high growth markets. Focused on properties with strong rental income, long-term lease agreements, as well as strategic partnerships and value-add opportunities.</p>

<p style="text-align:left">We focus on acquiring land and real estate (residential &amp; commercial) located in both high-value, and highly ignored geographical locations across the US. We purchase strategically located, undervalued and cash producing assets in high-growth, community driven cities. Our portfolio provides exposure to many housing trends. </p>
