<p>The fund seeks to provide consistent income and capital appreication through revenue payments generated by portfolio assets such as, but not limited to; various types of interests in mineral rights, as well as producing oil and gas wells. The fund may invest in other energy-oriented assets in either public or private markets.</p>

<p>Our strategy revolves around acquiring interests in established, producing wells, as well as land with proven reserves, or non-operated royalty interests.  While seeking to maximize income potential, our portfolio remains diversified across high-yielding, energy-oriented assets.</p>
